Client Dealing
We prefer to your pitch projects to our customers at our state of the art presentation rooms located in our showrooms. A wide variety of our signature kitchen designs are put on display at our showrooms for customers to choose from. Our trained and qualified staff is available from 10 a.m. till 6 p.m. to engage the customers by providing them in depth information of materials, finishes, appliances and accessories.
Once the customer gets done with the showroom survey, a detailed meeting is conducted to understand client requirements, the range of materials required and the appliances and accessories desired for the project after which the design department gets to work.
Design
The design department takes about three to four working days to devise two to three options for an individual kitchen for the potential client.Once the designs are ready, the customer is invited for a presentation on design proposals. All our customers are given the due importance during this critical phase as it plays a pivotal role in shaping up the final design of the dream kitchen that the customer has in mind. Every effort is made on our end to ensure client satisfaction. Design charges are based on territory, we charge the following rates:
Rs. 5,000 /- for Lahore
Rs. 10,000/- for other cities within Punjab.
Rs. 15,000/- for other province.
Design charges provide associated services. For instance, our team of fitters may visit client premises for onsite measurements. Sometimes it takes more than a few meetings to finalize the kitchen design as customer satisfaction is an absolute priority for us. Once we get the green signal from the customer, a competitive quotation is prepared based on the final design and is then furnished to the customer for approval. We oblige our customers by reimbursing the design charges in the final quotation.
Order Confirmation
Once the design is finalized and the quotation is approved, we expect the customer to disburse 50% of the total bill on account of advance payment. Once we receive payment confirmation, our team visits the client premises again for point marking in the presence of relevant vendors and contractors representing the customer as civil works on site is beyond our domain. The plumbing, electrical, gas and miscellaneous points are conducted by the contractor and approved by our team after thorough verification. Once everything is found in order, the contractors are given the final go ahead so kitchen installation may start after site is finished to satisfaction with flooring, ceiling, doors and windows installed correctly. Our Kitchens are installed only when all civil work has been finished to ensure a dust free environment during and after installation.
Installation
The installation process normally takes four to five working days. We expect our customers to settle balance payments once the carcasses carrying the kitchen are delivered at client premises. Each kitchen comes with an individual warranty card that we deliver to the customer.
Once the kitchen is fully installed and tested by our team. Our experienced technicians ensure comprehensive functionality of each appliance, hardware and cabinetry installed.
Warranty
Our kitchens are delivered with a one year comprehensive warranty which cover all sorts of manufacturing faults, if found any, during a period of one year from the date of handing over on site. However, the warranty does not cover any accidental or damage arising due to substandard civil works, leakage or breakage due to services provided by contractors and associated vendors.
After Sales
Varioline Kitchens has a highly qualified and experienced after sales services department. We provide lifetime after sales services to our valued customers at extremely competent rates. We ensure a detailed inventory of spares and consumables to ensure prompt delivery of parts to our customers as they require. Apart from spares, our qualified maintenance team is always available to cater for any repairs required on site.
